Feature showcase

Built for active trading journals

Everything needed to track execution quality across CFD and futures accounts, import broker history, and review performance from one clean flow.

📊 Dashboard

Your dashboard See account performance without digging through clutter

The dashboard keeps the active account front and center with quick access to trade history, account metrics, and the equity curve so you can review execution quality in one pass.

Built for a fast daily workflow: switch accounts, scan the curve, then move straight into trade review. Clean, fast, and focused.

📈 Analytics

See where you perform best Break down performance by session, symbol, and behavior

The analytics view surfaces win rate, session timing, pair performance, and other account-specific patterns so review is based on real behavior instead of guesswork.

Use it to isolate where performance actually comes from and where recurring mistakes keep showing up before they become habits.

📥 Import

Less cleanup Bring broker history in without rebuilding everything by hand

MT5 and Tradovate imports are built to land inside the correct account with duplicate checks, cleaner timestamps, and less manual cleanup after each upload.

Upload history into the right account, keep timestamps consistent, and block duplicate rows before they pollute your journal.

Automatic MT5 Sync

Request Access

Keep broker history fresh Sync approved MT5 accounts into the journal without repeated exports

Automatic MT5 Sync lets approved accounts pull read-only MT5 history into FX Journal, so your dashboard, analytics, and trade review stay closer to the live account state.

Request access in-app, submit investor credentials only after approval, and cut down the repeated export-import cycle that slows down regular journaling.

About the creator

A real early-stage product, built from an actual problem.

My name is Daniel. I am an A-Level graduate from Singapore, currently studying computer science before university, and I am also an aspiring forex trader building the kind of journal I wanted for my own review process.

I built FX Journal because the other journaling tools I found either felt too expensive, too cluttered, or too old. I wanted something simpler that made journaling realistic to keep up with.

It is shaped from the perspective of someone actively reviewing and learning from trades, so the product stays grounded in the kind of workflow traders actually need day to day.

This project is for traders who value simplicity and do not want a lot of overhead just to review their own trades.
